I found work! 1099 though!

Is this work digging me further in the ground.  I can’t seem to put enough to cover taxes.  What does someone do to correct this issue?

Timing and Experience is the name of the game

I've been seeming to have better luck with Craiglist for getting responses than any other web resource i.e. Monster, Career. 

Timing is everything though.  Experience does help too.
